DOES NOT OPEN!!!

I bought the game to play on my Ipad mini 2 and I used it normaly for three days, but on the fourth day, when I tried to open it, the screen became black and I coudnt play it!!! And it is like that till now!!! Please fix it, I payed and I want to play!!!
